Once a contract has been concluded, in conjunction with the investor or operator, we produce an item list in accordance with the budget. This is, of course, done in conjunction with the planners involved in the project. After the request for submission of tenders, this programme is presented to the client. The procurement process is then set out.

If you wish to contract *H*E*A*D* Hotel Equipment and Design GmbH to carry out the initial procurement for the equipping of a hotel or restaurant, there are a number of options:

as part of a service contract (general contractor contract), by means of which we take on all tasks set out beforehand in a furniture, fixtures and equipment overall package.
through participation in a tendering process
by the generation of an individual offer
